Office Cancellation & Late Policies

Please contact Shoreline Eye Group to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If you are running late, please notify the office. We will try our best to accommodate you, but if you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time, your appointment will likely have to be rescheduled.

Please Note: A $50 fee will be assesed for any missed appointment without prior notification.
